I do not smoke myself. And I cannot even stand tobacco smoke.
But I’m not against smokers. I am for freedom. If they like to poison, pollute their lungs, get cancer, then for God’s sake. This is their choice. But!…
If smokers try to smoke near me and my children I will strongly object because freedom ends when it interferes with someone else’s freedom. Grasping me with the smoke, the smoker encroaches on my right to be free from tobacco, that is, the smell, unpleasant feelings, diseases, etc.
Therefore, dear smokers, I warn you in advance: I will demand that you stop smoking in all public places.
Fortunately, our Kazakhstani law is on my side.
