     – Whatever… (short beeps).

     – Hello … (the same speech as above).

     – We are very sorry that you are leaving. Sorry that could not meet your requirements. We sincerely wish that you find a salon to your liking. But if you decide to return to us, we will be very happy.

     Guess which salon I will want to return to.

     Many service managers underestimate the importance of the process of parting with customers. After all a good farewell is the beginning of a future meeting.
